ThreadVis is a really useful Thunderbird addon which creates a small graphical visualization of the context(thread structure) of your current email. It makes switching among different associated threads really fast. The best part is the visualization which makes it easier to understand which mails were forwarded or replied.
Many times, when you are navigating through folders using a file browser and after reaching somewhere deep into the hierarchy you realize that a terminal is required.
